TERMS OF SERVICE

By buying the commission from me you agree to the following:- You can't upload commissioned art to any creative AI gen software(Grok, ChatGPT, Modjourney etc).
- You agree to respond to work in progress updates in up to 24 hours or previously agreed time period.
- You agree to provide permission for me to use commissioned artwork for advertisement, possible merchandise, or any purpose by me.
- Major changes made after sketch is confirmed will cost agreed upon fee to compensate additional work.
- You can not alter the commissioned work in any major way( recolor, cut-outs, overpaint etc.) without notifying me or requesting a change. Depending on complexity of the changes required this service might cost a small fee.Your rights
When purchasing a commission you gain rights to use the artwork in following ways:
- Personal use(printing, t-shirts, wallpapers etc.)
- In case of character design (adopt/custom) you automatically gain commercial rights to the character design.
- You gain free of charge commercial rights to the piece by default. That means you can use the work for anything you want such as; book cover, advertisement, logotype, sprites and assets for a product, posters or any kind of work you plan to gain profit from, the copyright rights price is already included in the pricing of the commission.
- You can publish the commissioned artwork on social media, personal pages, forum and use them as profile pictures, banners and other forms of stylisation without necessity of mentioning me, the author of the piece, but it is very appreciated.
- You can request commission to remain anonymous without a fee, in case of entire artwork being private(not posted on social media, merchandise etc.) you will have to pay agreed upon fee.Rules for commission
- I can refuse service for you without stating exact reason why.
- in case of Queue the priority of service depends on me and might actively change. You will be given a heads up when i will start prioritizing other commission while i still work on yours.
- Payment in EURO or PLN, any currency exchange from other currencies than stated here will fall on buyer, alternatively the equivalent will be accounted for in the final price of commission.
- Invoices through paypal or bank transfer( if you are in EU )
- No payment plans/ payment must be made fully after the initial sketch is completed and accepted.
- No payment before the sketch is completed and accepted.
- Commission will take up to a month on average, any delays will be communicated. If there will be no communication on my side during delay you will receive a full refund.
- Commission canceled after sketch phase will be eligible to partial refund agreed upon by both sideWhat i draw
- Any type of characters is welcome! (Anthro, Monsters, Humans, Aliens, Characters from games and movies, books, original characters.)
-Erotic and non-erotic themes in the range of legal limits(no underage character, zoophilia etc.), any legal depiction of philias will be accepted unless stated otherwise.
- Environment, object, character concept art and other designs.
- I will not work on immoral or offensive pieces.
